Photos allow us to clearly understand the situation and provide resolution options quickly. They also allow us to file claims with FedEx/UPS and work with our vendors to prevent such damage in the future.
Please provide a photo that clearly shows the product error. For example, if you received the wrong size, take a photo of the backdrop with a tape measure so we can see the size of the backdrop you received. If the item was damaged in shipping, please provide a photo of the damaged box as well as the damage to the product. Please send via email to: customerservice@backdropexpress.com
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund/replacement for an item without clear photos of the damage.
