Although every effort is made to ensure order accuracy, occasionally errors can happen. If you believe you received the wrong product, please send an email to customerservice@backdropexpress.com with the following information:
- Your name & order number
- Photos of the item you received, clearly showing the error / issue you are reporting
- Do you want a replacement? If so, do you have a specific date you need the replacement by?
If you have a specific date you need your replacement to arrive by, please indicate this in your initial email. We ask that all damaged, defective or incorrect items be reported within 14 days of receipt.
