Although every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, occasionally errors can occur. Please report damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement.
The first step is to email customerservice@backdropexpress.com with the following information:
- Your name & order number
- Photos of the damaged item. If the box was damaged, please provide a photo of the box as well. (See: Why do I need to provide photos?)
- Do you want a replacement? If so, do you have a specific date you need the replacement by?
Once we receive this information, we will provide you with resolution options as quickly as possible.
