We do offer exchanges within 15 days of receiving the product. The product must be in new condition with original packaging. Your return must also be received back to Backdrop Express within 15 days of the date of the RMA which will be issued to you. All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. There are two ways to process an exchange:
- Option 1: Return your item for store credit. You can then use the store credit to place an order for your new item. This process can take several weeks, however you will be responsible for the return shipping expense.
- Option 2: Place your new order immediately, then contact us for a RMA, then return your item for a refund less any shipping costs. This options is ideal if you are under a time-constraint.
To request an exchange, submit a Return Request & select either the "Store Credit" option or the "Exchange" option. You can also email us at customerservice@backdropexpress.com for additional information.
No orders will be accepted back without obtaining authorization from Backdrop Express first.
If you ordered the item during a sale, we will honor the sale price of the item. Please make this known when you initiate your exchange.
