Absolutely! We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of receipt. There are two ways to process an exchange:
- Option 1: Return your item for store credit. You can then use the store credit to place an order for your new item. This process can take several weeks, however there are no upfront costs associated with this option.
- Option 2: Place your new order immediately, then return your item for a full-refund. This options is ideal if you are under a time-constraint.
As long as you are exchanging the item, we provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. To request an exchange, submit a Return Request & select either the "Store Credit" option or the "Exchange" option. You can also email us at email@example.com for additional information.
If you ordered the item during a sale, we will honor the sale price of the item. Please make this known when you initiate your exchange.
