My item is very expensive to ship back. What can I do?

Many of our items are oversized, and therefore, can be expensive to ship. See our Return Policy.

If you would like a full refund, however, you find that the return shipping costs are expensive, we'd be happy to send you a pre-paid label and deduct this shipping cost from your refund. Our rates are typically less costly than those of your local UPS or FedEx store.

Although we would love to offer free shipping in all situations, as a small business, that's just not something we're able to do at this time while still keeping our retail prices competitive.
