I'm trying to place an order, but it says "Rates Unavailable".

There are a few reasons this error occurs. Try the below solution options: 

1. Confirm your state and shipping zipcode are 100% correct. Rates are calculated based off of your location. If your zipcode is incorrect, our system will not be able to calculate rates.
2. Ensure you have clicked out of the zipcode/address boxes completely before trying to calculate shipping rates. Occasionally a glitch can happen with certain web browsers where, if your mouse/cursor is still in the zipcode field when you try to calculate shipping rates, our system will show this error.
3. Try using a different Internet browser and ensure your browser is up-to-date. Older versions of Internet Explorer particularly can have bugs that can conflict with our website.
4. If you are able to still proceed with your order despite the error, please do. We will contact you to confirm shipping within one business day.
