How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you would like to change the quantity of an item or cancel your order, please contact our customer care department via email customerservice@backdropexpress.com. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer able to be edited. If this is the case, we can assist you with placing a new order or processing a return if needed.
