Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order you have placed online, please contact our customer care department. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, however there are a few restrictions with our cancellation policy. If your item has been shipped out, been printed by the vendor, or proofs have been sent for custom printed backdrops, unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled. 

If we are unable to cancel the order for any reason, you may still contact us to return the item(s) for a refund once you receive them. You can view our full Return Policy here. Please note that due to their personalized nature, custom printed backdrops are not eligible for a return. 

Please note if you choose to proceed with cancelling your custom printed backdrop order, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for the custom work that has been designed.
