I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your password, click the "My Account" link in the top, right-hand corner of our website. Under the login box you should see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". Enter the email address associated with your account and click "submit". You should then receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please contact our customer care department.
