While on the product page there is a small box for uploading your image while placing your order, (see screenshot below). If you are having trouble uploading your photos, you can also email your images/logos to customerservice@backdropexpress.com. Please reference your order number.
If your images are too large to upload/email, you can also send them via Dropbox or Google Drive. If you need assistance with this process please contact our customer care department.
After we receive your image(s), you will receive a proof via email within 1-2 business days. We will not print your backdrop until we have approval from you.
