How long will my order take to ship?

Every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible. Ground orders are typically shipped within 5-7business days.  

If you need an item by a specific date, please specify that date in your order notes. If we are unable to meet your requested delivery date with the shipping method you selected, we will contact you with additional options. 

Made-to-order items, such as our printed backdrops, require time for printing before they are shipped. For specific information regarding an item’s processing time, please look under that product's "shipping information" section located on the product detail page underneath the product description.

Please keep in mind that Saturday is not included as a normal day of processing, shipping, delivery, or transit for any shipping method, including expedited shipping. Please call us if you require delivery on a Saturday, as an additional fee will apply. With some of our products, we also offer rush processing, which guarantees the item ships within 3 business day.
