After placing your order, you will see a form on the order confirmation page where you can upload your images (see screenshot below). If you do not see this form, or are having trouble uploading your photos, you can also email your images/logos to customerservice@backdropexpress.com. Please reference your order number.
If your images are too large to upload/email, you can also send them via Dropbox or Google Drive. If you need assistance with this process please contact our customer care department.
After we receive your image(s), you will receive a proof via email within 1-2 business days. We will not print your backdrop until we have approval from you.
