Depending on the products you ordered, they might be shipped in separate boxes and/or from separate locations. To check the status of your order, log into your Backdrop Express Account & click on Review Orders / Track Packages.
Verify that all the items in your order have shipped already and there are tracking numbers for the items. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our customer care department for assistance. If your order shipped from multiple locations, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
