Please do not refuse your delivery. We ship the majority of our items directly from the manufacturers, so if you refuse the shipment the item will be returned directly to them, not our returns department. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to verify the receipt of any item that was refused. If you do not want your item, or if the box arrives damaged, please contact our customer care department to authorize a return/replacement.
If you have already refused a shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to verify delivery of the item to our supplier, we will process as a standard return.
