How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please complete our Contact Form or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. An RMA number must be included with all returns or credit will not be provided. We request items be shipped back within 15 days of an RMA being issued. Please note that we cannot issue credit for unknown or unauthorized returns.
All items must be in original condition to be eligible for a return. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted. Please note that due to their personalized nature, custom printed backdrops are not eligible for a return.
Once your return has shipped, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and processing before your credit will be issued. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Within 15 Days of Receipt:
If the return is initiated within 15 days of receipt of the item, we offer two convenient credit options:
OPTION 1: STORE CREDIT
You will receive store credit for the amount of your return less applicable restocking fee up to 15% of the original purchase price. Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
OPTION 2: REFUND To Original Method of Payment (Excludes custom backdrops)
You will receive a full refund back to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees and applicable restocking fees up to 15% of the original purchase price. We recommend shipping your return using a method that allows for tracking, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, please provide us with the tracking number so that we may stay updated on the product’s arrival back to our facility. The item needs to arrive back to Backdrop Express within 15 days from the issuance of the authorized return merchandise form.
Although every effort is made to assure quality and accuracy, occasionally errors can occur. Please report damaged or defective items within 15 days of receipt to request a replacement. You may be asked to provide our customer service department with photos of any defects or misprints so that we may inspect the damage and offer a resolution as quickly as possible.
