This error typically occurs when the billing information in your order does not match the billing information associated with your credit card. This can be common for schools or large organizations where the exact address of the card may be different than your address and/or the shipping address. This can also occur if the card you are using is a gift card or prepaid credit card.
If you are confident that the billing information is correct, but your order is still not going through. Please contact our customer care department. We will be able to see exactly why the payment is not being processed and assist you accordingly.
Note: Every time you hit the "Place Order" button an authorization is attempted on your credit card. These authorizations will disappear from your card within a few days. How quickly the funds get released will depend on your financial institution.
